How is the pallet packed? 
One pallet contains 55 x 18kg bags of GEOBIND, NZ's mineral-based binder for hemp building materials.

How much will I need?
The ratio of hemp hurd to binder is 1:2 by weight. 
 
What grade of hemp hurd is best for GEOBIND? 
Construction grade. 
 
Where should I buy my hemp hurd? 
New Zealand Natural Fibres process and sell hemp hurd in NZ. 
 
How much will shipping cost? 
Our logistics partner calculates shipping before the material is dispatched and you will be invoiced by them. We are not able to give you a shipping cost at time of purchase. 
 
Is there an installation guide? 
The internet has a lot of installation information from all over the world. We recommend you do some research and choose the guide that best suits your project. 
 
How do I store my GEOBIND binder? 
Under cover in a dry location. 
 
What is the shelf life of my binder? 
For best performance, this product needs to be used within 12 weeks of arriving at your site. 
 
Is the product BRANZ appraised? 
No. We recommend consulting an engineer and / or architect who is familiar with sustainable building materials to help you ensure the success of your project. 
 
When will I receive my order? 
The lead time is currently 10 weeks from the date you place you order to the date of dispatch. 
 
Who is liable if something goes wrong?
